What are the delivery charges?
Rosemoore provides free delivery on all items.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery of in stock items is 3 – 7 working days. We only ship in areas which areas serviced by reputed courier partners. Business days exclude public holidays and sundays. For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please email us your requirements at info@rosemoore.co.in and we will let you know once it is available for sale at www.rosemoore.co.in . With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Items which are 'In Stock', are stocked in our warehouse and usually takes 3-7 business days to reach our customers.

I was able to buy products earlier from my city/pincode, but my city/pincode is shown as 'undeliverable' in your system. Why?
As a process, we constantly look at service levels of our logistics partners and make changes to those areas that do not match our service standards. As a result, there may be certain areas that we do not deliver to, as part of this process. Deliveries to such areas may hence be temporarily affected, before we are able to resume the same.

Does Rosemoore deliver internationally?
Rosemoore doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
